A longer and more in-depth consultation where we meet online for you to share your healing and wellness aspirations, challenges in your life, emotions and patterns no longer serving you and ways you'd like to shift these. Through an intuitive process, a tincture is made and mailed to you for you to use for up to a month. Drops from the tincture are placed into a glass of water to drink, a couple times per day. After a few weeks to a month, we’ll reconnect to discuss what you notice to be shifting, as well as the timing of the next consultation. These are advised to occur at least every 6 to 8 weeks apart, for 4 to 6 months Essences can be used by people of all ages, animals, or in space clearing in homes, offices and buildings, or in the outdoors with plants, gardens, and other spaces. Essences can safely be added to any health care program. They will not take the place of medical or psychological treatment. Do not replace your medications with essences.
