1 hr Energy Healing

A shorter session with time for a check-in and energy healing by being open to messages from Spirit. These come to me mainly in the form of images, and working with light energy (specific frequencies of light). I offer support for your body + mind + spirit, and in this case ‘bodies’ (as in the several layers of one’s own energy field). These each correspond energetically to the Chakras in your body that when optimally functioning, bring frequency/ energy to metabolize and nourish your energetic circuitry system.

2 hr Essences and Energy Healing

The more balanced and in flow we are within each of the seven main chakras and energy networks and meridians, the more effortlessness and flow we can experience in life, and the better our relationship with the Earth, with each other, and with ourselves. Recognizing that what is present internally is reflected back to us externally, a process of shining light within truly begins. This Essences and Energy Healing session creates deep shifts within this sacred space, and ensures your stepping into an empowering journey with your essence tincture for a moon cycle or two.

1 hr Flower Essence Consultation

A consultation where we meet online for you share your healing and wellness aspirations, challenges in your life, emotions and patterns no longer serving you and ways you'd like to shift these. Through an intuitive process, a tincture is made and mailed to you for you to use for up to a month. Drops from the tincture are placed into a glass of water to drink, a couple times per day. After a few weeks to a month, we’ll reconnect to discuss what you notice to be shifting, as well as the timing of the next consultation. These are advised to occur at least every 6 to 8 weeks apart, for 4 to 6 months Essences can be used by people of all ages, animals, or in space clearing in homes, offices and buildings, or in the outdoors with plants, gardens, and other spaces. Essences can safely be added to any health care program. They will not take the place of medical or psychological treatment. Do not replace your medications with essences.
