Cuddle therapy is a safe, non-sexual wellness practice focused on consensual touch, emotional comfort, relaxation and human connection in a respectful and safe environment. 

I am a Cuddle Practitioner and my goal is to help you feel supported, grounded, safe and cared for in a judgement-free space. 

How did I start this? I will tell you… my parents had me much older in life. The only time they had for me was at bedtime. My father used to make up bedtime stories for me & my mother would cuddle & hug me. So, cuddling is sacred. 

Flash forward. I was introduced to this career & it just fit.

I began professionally practicing cuddle therapy in October 2025 and completed training through Cuddlist. I absolutely love what I do because I sincerely believe that we all deserve a space where we can relax, decompress and experience human connection. 

All my roads have led me here. And it gives me great happiness to be that safe space where you can receive comfort and compassion and just be yourself

I prefer to meet you outside before our first meeting. 

Once settled in we will set our intentions and boundaries for the session. Then, we will get comfortable A cuddle session with me is really just a platonic entwining of our bodies and energy and a recharge for both. There is no set recipe for our cuddle because it is a reflection of us and will go based on our flow together. 

The session is for you and the goal is for you to feel rejuvenated and relaxed after. I will add that the longer the session the longer the effects afterward. 

*A travel fee will apply to my commuting to you. The fee depends on travel time. I am flexible with the distance as long as you are ok with the fee.

You need a dose of Luna’s Cuddles but you have a long drive. We will share ~4 hours of cuddles and you have extra time to sleep for your drive home. (This is probably more for my peace of mind because I am nervous of you driving home without resting!)

This can be overnight or during the day. An 8-hour session allows enough time for us to bond and cuddle. The positive effects of this length of a session can last from 3-6 days easily

Cuddle Session — I host

I will meet you outside for our first meeting and then escort you to my apartment. My apt is very welcoming and is a reflection of me with candles, a soothing atmosphere and music playing. I like to cuddle on my pullout sofa it’s very comfortable and there’s a lovely view. In the warmer months I have a bed on my balcony so we can share sunset cuddle sessions. When we have settled in we will set our intentions and boundaries for the session. Then, we will get comfortable together. A cuddle session with me is really just a platonic entwining of our bodies and energy and a recharge for both. There is no set recipe for our cuddle because it is a reflection of us and will go based on our flow together. You are the focus of the session and the goal is for you to leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I do have a dog & a cat so if allergies are an issue please lmk
