As Integral Coach / Integral Business Coach, Executive Producer and Director for Arte I have a background that bridges strategic thinking, problem solving, deep listening, and cultural analysis. Over the past 20 years I conducted hundreds of in-depth interviews with internationally acclaimed artists, leaders, and decision-makers. This long-standing interview practice shapes my coaching work: I listen closely, ask precise questions, and recognise patterns beneath the surface, often before they are fully articulated. I hold a PhD in Literature, which informs my work with a strong sense for context, language, and human complexity. I also hold a Female Leadership Certificate from Yale and have completed an MBA Essentials programme at the LSE, grounding my coaching in conscious leadership, strategic clarity, and organisational understanding. My approach is dialogical and focused on alignment — helping clients think clearly, decide deliberately, and act from a place of inner coherence.
