This is a private 1-to-1 call with me, Clair, to explore what’s currently feeling difficult, overwhelming, or unclear — and to see what kind of support might help. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for. This space is for talking things through, making sense of what’s going on, and gaining clarity around next steps. People use this call to: • untangle life or work challenges • explore ADHD / autistic-related struggles • sense-check ideas or plans • understand what support would suit them • see if working together feels right I’ll listen, reflect back what I’m hearing, and help you bring structure to the situation. If it’s appropriate, I’ll also explain how I work and what further support could look like. This is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support. It’s practical, non-clinical support rooted in lived experience and structured thinking. There’s no obligation to continue after the call but further sessions are welcome to put goals into action.
