At Altoria Homes, we believe in building lifelong homes, offering our customers an exceptional level of choice in their new build bungalows.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Alan and Victoria Fleming, Altoria Homes was born out of a passion for meeting the growing demand for bungalows in Northumberland. Based in Morpeth, they saw a significant lack of practical, luxury bungalows in the local area, particularly for those planning their retirement. 

With a shared vision, they set out to create beautiful, functional homes that offer both quality and peaceful living spaces.  

Customers often tell Alan and Victoria that their Altoria bungalow has become their “lifelong home.” Once they experience the comfort and quality we provide, they can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Join us at Thropton for a relaxed, one-to-one appointment with Vicky, where you’ll have the opportunity to find out more about the development and explore whether it could be the right fit for your next move.


During your visit, you’ll be able to:

  • View the development layout and understand how the site will take shape
  • Talk through the different bungalow types and what makes each one unique
  • Discuss plot positions and what might suit your preferences best
  • Ask any questions you may have about the homes, the process or the timeline


This is also a chance to learn more about how your home can be personalised, from layouts and finishes to the smaller details that make a space feel like your own.


Appointments are designed to be informal and unhurried, giving you the time and space to explore everything properly.
